When I try to login to account, it just states: "Give us a moment. We are almost there!" However, it doesn't ever change. How can I pay my bill online if I can't login?
I am using the Firefox browser. Even if I use Edge browser it still seems slow, but eventually connects.

If you can log in from different browser it means that Firefox has some cookies which are affecting you to login. Try clear cache and cookies
In addition to clearing the cache & cookies, I had to take an additional step -- whitelisting the site in my adblocker.
