We have had digital life for the past 4 years. 2 months before by contract end date I was behind on 2 month payment. The service was suspended. I paid the back payment and was told the service wouldn’t be resumed until I paid the payment arrangement I had on the cellular side. I was upset so the person canceled
the payment I made and canceled my contract. I was billed for 2 month earlier termination on my contract. This was in March. I called on June 19 to settle my account and paid it in full. I wanted my service active again and now was told I had to pay $99.95 fee. I am at fault for the miss payment and it is paid in full now. Now it’s a battle to have my equipment reinstated with another 2 year contract. Guess I will look into other security companies now.
