I am extremely frustrated with AT&T Digital Life!!! When you call the customer service number you can barely understand what they are saying and they are NOT helpful. My system has not been working for almost a month. I called back on December 4th they attempted trouble shooting- it did not work! Then I was told they could not send a technician out till December 27th, over three weeks later! So I asked to cancel my service. Come to find out they never canceled my service and then sent me a bill for service for the month of December!!!! HOW??? Explain to me how??? The service hasn't worked since November! Then customer service says there is nothing they can do the charges are valid. Meanwhile the notes show that I was offered 2 months of service for the inconvenience but your telling me the charges are valid. Digital life AT&T has horrible service, customer service and when I call they say their is no one else for you to talk to the charges are valid. So now I ask AT&T is charging people for service that doesn't work and they are unable to fix in a timely manner? Since I am unable to speak to anyone who can help I am contacting the BBB, this to me seems like AT&T is taking advantage of customers.
I asked for corporate number I was told you can post to the discussion board only after I pressed the representative repeatedly on where I could register a complaint.
