I had a digital life account that was sent to collections and according to my cancellation bill the total was due does not equal the total I was told I needed to pay. This was due to the fact that I had an early termination fee added to my bill. I have spoken with several customer services reps that told me everything is valid, and can not explain why I never recieved a final bill or DL contract. I requested a final bill to be sent to my home, but feel this was handled unprofessionally. I have been a valued ATT customer for years, and I am extremely disappointed in the services provided by DL.
