Billing Issues and Lack of Customer Service and Assistance from Caribbean Call Center

CSR in phone center are useless. I have made multiple attempts to solve this problem, but continue to be extorted for goods and services i have never recieved. No one makes notes if the call. Continually keep connecting me to wrong poeple. In the 12 years i have been an att customer i have never been treated badly, and have always felt like i was a valued customer. I no longer feel valued, ive been lied to, and feel violated. I am sure that no one in digital life will even respond, but i thought att had a name that stood for more than the crappy response i have been guven.

I am unable to send PM. Basically I am being charged for services and equipment I have never recieved. I have a chat transcript stating that the issue would be resolved, over 50 contacts since that time, I get hung up on, I get transfered to departments that can not help me, My account gets escalated but I never hear back from anyone. I am tired of feeling blackmailed. Basically if I don't pay for digital life I never recieved, I am unable to change anything with my ATT/Direct TV services
