I was wandering if anyone had any dealings with bankruptcy and ATT Digital Life side of ATT. I have an active bankruptcy going on and the past due balance on the Digital Life service was included in the Bankruptcy case but they disconnected services anyway and when I try to inform them they can not do that when the questioned amount was in active bankruptcy they give me several different stories about it will remain disconnected until I go to court for the bankruptcy (even though they have been served the bankruptcy paperwork), it will remain disconnected until I pay the past due amount (again what is included in the bankruptcy) and other various excuses. Whereas the ATT side (internet, phone, tv) have all been very helpful included that in the bankruptcy (discharged the amounts that were owed) and did not give me a complete run around. Whereas my system is still installed in my home for Digital Life and unable to be used because they refuse to honor a bankruptcy case. Any advice would be appreciated or if there is a different number for that bankruptcy department over the Digital Life it would be greatly appreciated.
I am dealing with this same issue I filled bankruptcy in 2017 here it is 2019 and i see they have hit my credit IM ANGRY ATT was included in my bankruptcy but yet they placed the in collections and every one has been giving me the run around I am very sick of ATT and their trashy ways and I hope that your issue was resolved and have any information you could give me about this situation.
