Website and app not loading

I have tried several times over the last several days to log in to our account. The app won't open at all on my phone. I have a galaxy note 9. I've even tried pulling up the URL on my browser on my phone and my computer. Sometimes I can get to the log in screen but it's not loading anything more than that and it's really frustrating.
