Text me when DigitalLife detects alarm condition

I have several programs setup to text me like when system is armed, disarmed, garage doors go up or down, etc. All works well. But I also want a text for the most important condition, when the alarm is tripped for any reason. I setup a program to notify me (text) whenever the Alarm condition is detected but I’ve accidentally opened a door when the the system is armed in instant mode and the alarm does trip but I don’t get a text. I’m wondering if the alarm is not really considered tripped until after 30 seconds or so? I expected a text right away when a door or window is opened and the system is in Instant mode.

thx in advance for any help.

Re: Text me when DigitalLife detects alarm condition

There's an abort delay on your system as well. It can be as little as 5 seconds to as long as 45 seconds. This is the final buffer you have to disarm your system even when your system is armed instant.

The text is sent as soon as your system sends an alarm to monitoring.
