Can I do a program that the door locks every time it closes? If so I need to know how!

Re: Main door locks

Yes! Just create a program that uses the door sensor as the trigger and set the door to lock once door sensor has been closed xx:xx amount of time.

Re: Main door locks

I have the Yale type keypad. I got a new door, a left swing instead of the old right swing, do I need to re-program the device to hook it back up? I’m having a problem getting it to work now.

@arkoelsch - If your door swings out the opposite way now, the lock is going to have to be re-programed or replaced, and will likely require a technician visit to accomplish.  You can either chat in to support or call 855-288-2727 to schedule a visit.
