Since buying an iPhone X and installing the Digital Life app I don't get audible or visual notifications when the alarm is set or disarmed. Is this a known issue with IOS 11.2?

If the name of your new device is the same as your old device, you will need to contact AT&T and have them delete your old device from your account. Thereafter, you will need to delete the app from your new iPhone X and then reinstall and select allow push notifications.
Also, on a side note--when you contact AT&T, their general customer service will have no clue. You will have to escalate your call to a Tier 2 or 3 support person.

I have the same issue but cannot get a solution through customer support. I was “disconnected” and no call back.

@JenStac13 Morning, have you enabled push notifications in the DL app?
Under Menu, Tap System Settings, Slide over to Notifications, Check the box for "Enable Notifications" and then you can choose which notifications you would like to receive or not receive.

@phinney Hello, when you say "see when my alarm is set or disarmed"... are you referring to receiving a notification of those functions? Have you double checked that the little check box next to "Enable Notifications" is checked and then set the sliders to determine which notifications you would like? Just want to ensure as most folks miss the little check box.

I just read alll of the previous comments and i have tried all of the recommended fixes on my iphone X. On my iphone 7, everything worked fine and to add insult to injury, my spouse’s iphone 8 has no issues receiving the notifications. We have had this service now for over 2 years and moved in Dec. We kept DL because we were happy, but since moving, it has been a nightmare. Issue after issue and now this one. I need to know when my children are at home and that they are safe when im not at home, I mean, isnt that the purposs of having an alarm system? This is very annoying not to have this feature on my phone.
Someone from AT&T, please fix this mess!

@Pk2124 Hello. My apologies that you are having this issue. I also have an X, and am receiving my notifications so there is something else causing this issue for you. If you would please click on my user name and then click "Send PM" to send me a message with your name , address, contact info and account number, I would like to have a specialist take a look into this on the back end and see if we can get this resolved.
