App not working on Samsung Galaxy 9

I missed a payment, then paid it, the app is still locking me out even after showing paid in full.  I can't monitor anything other than billing on the app on my phone....uninstalled and reinstalled and still have this issue

@aehrmgold  Hello. Have you tried logging in via the web to see if you can view that way? Was the service interrupted from the missed payment?  Has the payment posted to the account? Sorry for all the questions, however, it helps to determine what the issue is. Thank you
