Does your Product and/or UAT teams not test the website to ensure that it is optimized for Safari? I consistently experience the same problems--lost connection error message & slow to no response time playing archived camera videos.
Please address this issue. It is extremely annoying.
@j.holmes Good morning. We currently support Firefox and Chrome from a PC perspective and do not currently support Safari which would be why you are experiencing those issues. We do support IOS and Android operating system for the app.
