I have been on the phone with ATT digital life customer service for over 23 minutes. I’ve given my home address four times!! Really??I’m trying to do is confirm an install of additional cameras for this week. This seriously has to be the worst customer service ever. The young girl I was talking to put me on hold and never came back that was after speaking with her for 23 minutes. In addition, I had been put on hold multiple times. It cannot be that hard to confirm an appointment. You need up your training on customer service. What a pathetic reflection of your company. Long-time customer extremely disappointed.
