Horrible Customer Service and Follow Up

Who can I speak to regarding a pending problem that you don't seem to want to take care of?  I am owed a refund for poor service and damage from multiple ATT Digital Life installers, you say it's in the works, but after 6 weeks, I have not heard from nor have I seen anything.  I will have no choice but to reach out to another level.  Please respond.
