wifi problem
my husbands iphone was connected to our ynhome att wifi even though it is a verizon phone; suddenly his wifi will not connect but my computer and our ipads will; how can i get his phone connecting to our wifi again???

I am sorry to hear your husband is having issues connecting to Wi-Fi. It will be my pleasure to assist!
The first thing to try is restarting the phone. Please turn the phone Off for about 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on. Many times, this step can fix errors, as it refreshes the phone’s system.
If this doesn’t rectify the problem, you will want to reset network settings. To do this, please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind this option will delete Wi-Fi Networks and passwords, Cellular Settings, and VPN/APN settings you have used before, so this information will have to be re-entered manually.
In the event the issue persists, please check out the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for additional options. Once the phone’s make and model is selected, click on the Wi-Fi title as the issue.
