I have two cell phones and an I watch ,I filled out the forms to unlock received CUL number, So how long do I wait for the confirmation email from AT&T
So I can switch carriers ?

I can't unlock my iPhone 6 (which is out of contract) because AT&T claim the IMEI number dosn't match a compatible device.
"Your unlock request was denied because the IMEI number doesn’t match a device that’s compatible with the AT&T network.
Check the IMEI number by dialing *#06#, or check the device settings, and then submit a new request."
My phone is exactly blocked by AT & T. I can not unlock, help me. IMEI phone: [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]

If the phone has been paid off, it should be unlockable through www.att.com/deviceunlock
Apply for the unlock as a non-customer.

I bought iPhone 6 on ****.
The seller indicated that iPhone was unlocked.
But when installing the card, AT&T card was requested.
I have AT&T card and I activated the iPhone.
But when installing another card, the phone requires AT&T.
I do not live in America.
I sent the unlock request today.
Then I confirmed the request through the mail.
After 10 minutes received an answer -
We can't unlock your device today.
Hi ***,
You've tried to unlock this device too many times. Wait 30 days and then submit a new request.
Tell me what to do.
Do I have to wait 30 days to unlock?
And in general it is possible?
Or should I open a dispute with the buyer and send the phone back?

It tells me to call an 800 number, which I have called and they say they can't help me. I talked to an Att person and she put in a written request to get the phone unlocked.But the email I got back just said it can be done at this time call (the same) 800 number I called. I just get getting sent in circles, no one know what to do.
