Welcome to the Community Forums! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble unlocking your device. I know how important this can be; I will gladly assist you!
When checking your unlock status, it does require your phones IMEI number. You can find your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on the dial pad of your device. It also requires the Request number, which you receive once you confirm your email. Once you hit submit, it will check any recent requests and provide you with information on it.
