When checking your unlock status, it does require your phones IMEI number. You can find your IMEI number by dialing *#06# on the dial pad of your device. It also requires the Request number, which you receive once you confirm your email. Once you hit submit, it will check any recent requests and provide you with information on it.
Depending on the error, you may need to fill out another request. I will be sending you a private message to gather more information. Please check your Forum’s Inbox for this!
