texting badge question

 My GF has the texting plan through ATT...we were able to get the badge that displays the actual text on the screen turned off,but it will still come up with the persons name saying there is a text..is there any way at all to get ALL BADGE DISPLAYS from incoming texts to not pop up on the screen?? thanks!!
