Report it to AT&T as being stolen so they can blacklist the phone. File a police report. As far as still owing money on it, you still owe it, same as anything else that gets stolen. Unless you have insurance on the phone, or it’s covered under something like a homeowners or renters insurance policy, you’ll have to keep paying for it.

You do not need to call. Find another way to login, suspend the line due to theft. Use iCloud to try and locate and lock the phone immediately
