still no credit

We recently just purchased my wife a new iPhone.  upon purchasing that I was told she would receive a $280.00 for her iPhone 7 plus. We sent it in with the shipping items ATT sent us to send it in for the credit, and now  it has been over  two months now and we still havens seen a credit or anything.  How can i find out about the status of my credit?
