If you used iTunes on your computer to back up your older phone it should transfer all info to new phone when you dock it.

I see that I replied to an earlier post on this.  Did you check the iTunes app and see if you can get them from there.  If you purchased them though Apple.  If not, do a back up from you iPhone 5 and then use that to setup your 6+.  

Ringtones don't automatically transfer unless you have it set to sync ringtones.

When I did the backup of my 5S, I didn't have to do anything special.  When I setup my 6+ the ringtones went over.
