I’m sorry to hear your email isn’t working accordingly.  It’s imperative to get the settings and password recognized so your email will come through.  There are some steps you are able to try.  I’ll be glad to provide them for you! 

Please feel free to visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. Here, you choose your Phone Manufacturer > then choose your Device > under Service/network issues, please choose Email.  Here, you can follow a troubleshooting flow to determine the best resolution for your device! 

If you recently changed your email password, it will require you to sign out and sign back into your email within the phone.  You can click here for Device Support on how to sign out and sign into your email.  You will first choose your device and then click on the Tutorials tab > on the left side column, choose Email & Messaging > Email Settings.  Step 8 will be removing the account and step 3 is to add the account.  This will generally resolve a sync error as well.
