please help me
Dear att, I got an Iphone 7plus,gift from my friend, that an lock iphone. Now i heard that "AT&T to begin unlocking off-contract". So, would you please help me check my iphone can unlock? my IMEI [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] I can't call AT&T service bacause I'm living in Vietnam. I look forwards to hearing from you.

After you request unlock you are sent an email verification. You have to click on the link and verify your email. If you do not, the request is canceled.
2 days is normal processing time.
If request is denied, Note and post exact wording.
