When do I recieve a confirmation email saying I’ll be able to pick up an online order. Its been past 2 hours. I checked my order number its still in progress.. should I go into the store or call? Am I getting a delayed email ?

We'd love to help you with this! The In progress status usually means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system, but has not yet been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your order status changes to Shipped, or if further action is required from you.


You can stay up-to-date with your order by visiting our Order Management Portal. Search for your order via the number, or sign in to be taken directly to it. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns!
