never received an email to unlock my phone
I have submitted a request to unlock my iPhone 5S and never received an email from At&t to follow the link and the further steps. Now when I try to submit a new request, they say to check my status and that is pending, and cannot send another request.
Hoow can I proceed with this issue?

When I enter it, what I get is: status pending and check your email, and the spam folder too. However, I didn't reveive any email in any of my folders and it's been more than 24 hours

If you never got the verification email to follow the link and confirm, the request will be canceled in 24 hours.
The portal has been buggy.
I would wait a day, and try again, or call 611 and ask for help with status.
