I hope your day went well! These issues with the iPhone 6 plus not recording audio in the messaging app or Siri is concerning. I use Siri on a daily basis and understand the need to get this resolved as soon as possible. I am delighted to help with this tonight!
Please open the Troubleshoot and Resolve page. For best results click Log in and sign into your myAT&T account. Select your phone’s make and model > Audio > Handset > Microphone, and follow the steps until the issue is resolved.
