iphone active on another account
I bought a used iPhone and tried to unlock it, but I’m getting error message that it’s active on another customer account. ??? I have the phone right now so how can this be?

Simple, the previous owner has not removed it from their account. They might still be paying for it, in which case it won’t be unlocked until paid for.
