Hello @captphill

We're more than happy to assist with connecting your device Bluetooth with an accessory!

You can follow these steps with enabling your iOS device bluetooth:

  1. Go to the Settings App (Gear Icon)
  2. Select Bluetooth.
  3. Select the Bluetooth Switch to turn it on or off.
  4. Available devices will appear and be displayed to connect the bluetooth. From there, you can select the desired device.

If a instruction manual was included with the shutter release accessory, make sure to follow the steps to connect both devices via bluetooth.

When both devices are are connected, an options screen should appear on your iPhone that would ask if you wold like to enable your device camera with the accessory.

We hope this helps, and thanks for reaching out to the community!
