Hello @DakotaBurket

This is very unusual behavior indeed. Apple New device carry a warranty from Apple of 1 year after purchase date, and 90 days telephone technical support covering Apple hardware and Software. Reach out to Apple 800-692-7753 to discuss your replacement options. Thank you!

Hi @DakotaBurket,

We'd love to help you with this issue! How long have you been experiencing this issue? Is your device up to date with the latest software? How often is your device restarting itself? Are you performing a specific function when it happens?

You can use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for basic troubleshooting. Select your device to begin. Next, you can select Power and battery beneath Device/software issues. Follow the instructions, and see if this helps you. We look forward to hearing back from you!

The phone is brand new it came in Tuesday and I set it up and was playing on it and it would randomly restart like it would go black then a second later the apple logo would pop up and also I’ll be on the phone and the phone will go blank wit a loading circle then go back to the lock screen and I’m not sure what’s going on. The phone is up to date and I read it could have been the game I was playing so I deleted it and it still does it.

Thank you. We are talking it to AT&T tomorrow to see what’s doing on but I appreciate the information

AT&T doesn’t provide warranty service or repair iPhones.  You can try taking it to them, but very likely they will just tell you to contact Apple.

As already mentioned, Apple covers warranty directly.  A trip to At&t  is wasted as they cannot service your phone.
