i stay up all night and i keep getting redirected to the att page not the pre order page. i am beyond angry. i want my iphone.

I'm just guessing here but with my order (which couldn't be processed for some unknown reason and subsequently cancelled) had a second item which I assumed was the materials needed to send back my current phone for credit since I clicked the box for that option when ordering.

My pre-order of the iPhone X is still in progress that has a shipping date of 11/02/17 - 11/10/17. And that's cool, but why does it seem that my payment was returned (cc payment) and is no longer pending on my bank account? please help. I need answers. I'm worried that it'll cancel.

I have the same issue, I called AT&T and they assured me that the order is still in progress, they will charge the account again when phone gets activated.

i hope that’s true and was able to calm some nerves lol.

Honestly I chat with 4 representatives(that's how worried I was. haha), and they said the same thing. That this happens because the process have started, and that they will charge the account at a later time. I hope it's true as well. LOL

It is definitely disappointing to hear you had some difficulty using the website to pre-order your iPhone.  We hope the website issues do not discourage you form ordering a phone through AT&T.  Let me shed some light on this situation.

We here at AT&T are aware of the pre-order sites issues and are work diligently on getting this matter resolved.  At this moment, the AT&T Apple iPhone X Pre-order page is working.  Before trying again, I recommend you delete cache, cookies, and temporary internet files.  This will ensure any previous corrupted data will not be carried over.

I have the same 11/2 to 11/10 estimated shipping. Any chance this is going to be pushed back due to back orders? 

 

I saw someone else order a space grey model, I got the silver, and it said their estimated delivery was 12/1-12/16, which I’m thinking is a good thing for our date. Anyone have any updates on this? Thanks!!!

I bought it from AT&T Premier, got the email confirmation 12:20am delivered on November 3rd. I keep checking the order status and yet it is still saying in progress. I got no tracking number nor a canceling email.
