You may have many questions about the iPhone X, and we have some answers to the common questions.

Q: Can I order the iPhone X online?

A: Yes! You can order it now!

 

Q: If I order the iPhone X on 10/27 when will it arrive?

A: Devices will be delivered starting 11/3.

 

Q: I have a PO Box, will I have the option to ship to the store and pick it up Nov.3rd?

A: You can either visit a store directly to order, or you can order online and ship the device to a trusted address (including a local AT&T location).

 

Q: Can I get the 256GB version?

A: Both the 64GB and the 256GB options will be available for pre-order/purchase starting 10/27.

 

Q: Is the iPhone X as large as the iPhone 8 Plus?

A: The phone itself is smaller than the Plus, but the screen is larger due to the new display. The phone is slightly larger than a non-Plus iPhone.

 

Q: What is the difference between the iPhone 8 and the iPhone X?

A: The 8 has a home button with fingerprint recognition. The X has an all glass OLED display with no home button. The X also has Dual optical image stabilization and uses facial recognition. It also has a few other upgrades over the 8.

 

Q: If I wear eyeglass will I need to remove them for facial recognition?

A: Once you set face ID up, glasses will not affect it. Neither will hats, haircuts, beards etc.

Very disappointed in ATT online ordering process for the iPhone X. I was ready at 2AM CT to order the iPhone X as soon as the ATT online ordering opened. After the 15 min or so delay in the store opening, it put me in a virtual line to wait for 6 min before I could order. Then at the end of that I was kicked out and another line for 18min. It kept kicking me out time after time. After an hour, I had to give up, go to sleep, and then order when I woke up at 7 to go to work. Instead of a delivery this coming week, it will be next month sometime. What does it say abut ATT that it cannot even get its ordering process to work and instead just get its customers mad at them?
