iPhone: Celluiar vs WiFi

If I have my AT&T Cellular and WiFi services connected at the same time, which one takes over as the primary?  If one or the other, how do I disable/define the other?  There are times when there’s a conflict and services is slow or confused.

You need to be more specific as to what the problem is. Your phone will use wifi for any data communication first, then cellular if wifi is not available, unless you have wifi assist enabled. To not use wifi, simply toggle wifi off. Now, if you are talking about cellular calling vs wifi calling, your phone will automatically switch to wifi calling if the cellular signal is weak. To force the phone to use cellular for calls, turn wifi off or turn wifi calling off. Alternatively, if you want to force the phone to use wifi calling, put the phone in airplane mode (turning cellular off) and then turn wifi back on. With no cellular signal, the phone will stay on wifi calling.
