iPhone 7Plus - not able to utilize phone
I have been getting a white screen - no access to any part of my phone for the last couple of days
I can answer calls but cannot get past white screen to make calls, view contacts, or recent calls and cannot access voice messages
I have shut down and restarted multiple times
anyone have a solution?!?!?!

It is my understanding you are getting a blank white screen on your phone. This is definitely something I can help you with.
I recommend you access our AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool. To ensure the best and most robust experience we will ask you to login with your user ID and password. Once you have successfully signed in, scroll down to Software/network issues > Screen > Blank screen or unresponsive > Next > Completely Frozen > Next and follow the instructions on the screen.
