Congratulations on the new iPhone 7 Plus order! I am super excited for this phone as well! I totally understand wanting to get it as soon as possible!
The order will typically show in progress until it has been shipped out. The estimated shipping dates are based on the time that you ordered the device, and where you are at on the list. That is just an estimated date, so hopefully it will ship out sooner!
