Just log into your account on att.com/wireless. You'll be able to check your upgrade status and place the Pre-Order there.

what if I'm not due for a upgrade could I still trade in my phone to get the 7plus if so how I do that

I noticed that the iphone 7 has a two year contract pricing thats the same as the no contract pricing. Why is that? I would rather go to apple get an unlocked iphone for the same price instead of buying it from AT&T.

    I thought the iPhone 7 were going to come in a lighter blue? What happened? I'm tired of the same colors

Hi @Jhoxha91

I believe you're talking about the Next plan for 24 months. Buying a new phone on AT&T Next allows you to split the price of the phone into 24 equal payments with no interest and $0 due up front. There are no 2 year subsidized upgrades anymore.

I'm trying to preorder and upgrade to my iphone 7 plus with the option to pay my last installment but preorder does not give me that option, it only allows me the option to pay in full.  When I go to the check upgrade and select the option to upgrade, the website is in maintenance!!!

I just keep getting error telling me maintenance from 1-3am, and to check back later. Have been gettin. It for the last hour

yup same here. I can't ugprade to a pre-order iphone 7 from the "check upgrade eligibility" page because its in maintenance!!

I just pre ordered two iPhone 7 plus for me and my husband. They both said estimated shipping sept 23rd on the cart but I figure that's what they always do and then the orders start shipping before but after placing the order mine (rose gold) says delivery date 16th but his (black) says estimated shipping sept 23-30th. Why is that? The 30th really? Might as well just waited and go to the stores and made the lines or whatever
