iPhone 7 Plus and iOS 10.0.2 very slow browsing on LTE

I'm not sure if this solves the issue or if the issue is really the phone or iOS verision.  I was only showing 1-3 bars but on 4g, it rarely went into LTE.  It was taking about 45 minutes to get halfway through a download of snapchat lol

But i just chatted with AT&T technical support and they reset my network settings in the system.  I had to restart my phone and it seems to be working. I downloaded snapchat without a problem now and I'm now showing LTE with 1-2 bars, but it's huge improvement.  The LTE with 1-2 bars is usualy what I was getting when I had my iPhone 6 plus here at work.  I'll have to wait until I get home to see if it's back to normal in that area.
