iPhone 7 Plus Shipping Dates

I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 128gb jet black right when they were available at 3am. Shipping date said September but after I checked out it said October 21. The representative on the phone 2 days ago told me it would be at my house on release day, September 16.

Is this normal for the shipping date to be messed up? Did this happen to anyone else? I just got off the phone with a representative and she couldn't tell me anything.

I also haven't received an email confirmation yet.

Original shipping date is 12/2 to 12/8. That's my grip also. I can easily used it with just one hand without the but my case did add bulk. I might look into those slim case like ToZo

Those seem nice and decently priced.  Come back and give us feedback if you get one. A few of us need cases here!

Try the caudabe case from caudabe.com.  I have the sheath and LOVE it!  Of course I look at the website now and they have a 30% off through Sunday.  I ordered mine about two weeks ago.  Grrrrr.

Ordered iphone 7 plus jet black 128G on 9/15, the estimated shipping date has passed already(12/02, was 11/10), and order status is "Back ordered". Does anyone have similar experience? It is really frustrating, not even sure if i can get the iphone by Christmas...

Hello Community,

 

Although the iPhone 7 launch event is behind us, we still receive a lot of views on this thread and subsequent calls into our centers.

 

The order will typically show in progress until it has been shipped out. The estimated shipping dates are based on the time that you ordered the device, and where you are at on the list. That is just an estimated date and it may change. The device may ship out sooner than listed.  

 

How you are notified when your phone is shipped or status of your order?!

  • Email notification - You will receive an email when your device is shipped. It will include tracking. 
  • Text Message - You will receive a message stating that your device is on the way! 
  • Online - Check the status of your device by entering your order # and zip code. 
  • Via Text - Dial *ORDR# (*6737#) and press Send. Follow the options via text messaging.

My order shows in progress, pending, or order open. What does that mean? 

  • In Progress - An item ordered may not be in stock. You can cancel this order.
  • Order Open - Terms & Conditions were not accepted. Log into your account and complete the transaction.You can cancel this order.
  • Pending - order is under review. An update provided within 48 hours. You may be able to cancel this order.
  • Partially Shipped - Only some of the items in the order shipped. The remaining items ship separately as they become available. You can cancel items not shipped.
  • Cancelled - An order may have canceled because: payment was not finalized, the order was incorrect, or credit related issue.
  • Shipped - Your order is on the way! Keep an eye out for an email!

 

Order Status is available 24 hours after placing the order.

 

NoteShipments are dependent on the stock of the device. We do our best to make sure we have enough to ship out. Sometimes the popularity and demand can outweigh the supply. The device will be shipped out as soon as possible! We appreciate your patience! 

 

If your phone is out of stock, not to worry. You can cancel the order, create a new one and pick it up in a store if it is available there! 

 

How to cancel your  order?

  1. Go to Check order status page
  2. Enter the order number and ZIP Code used to place the order.
  3. Select the specific order you wish to cancel.
  4. On the order status page, if available, select the link to cancel order or cancel item. If you don’t have the ability to cancel an item online, contact us.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm your order cancellation.

Can I change my shipping address?

No, the delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

If the address incorrect, please chat with us.

 

Note: If you ordered online and opted for In-store pickup, check your email confirmation for details. Once the device is ready to be picked up, you will be notified.

Woah!  I ordered iPhone 7 Plus Silver 128GB on 9/16 and I think I got it on 9/30 (estimate was something like 10/14-10/20).

If you weren't planning on it, it might be worth picking up a cheap one to trade in...

reported that Apple was allocating more iPhone 7 stock to address complaints with availability of the device through its iPhone Upgrade Program. Sources also indicated, however, that Apple would have limited to no stock[Edited to comply with Guidelines]
of the device at Apple retail stores for walk-in customer
