iPhone 6s no SIM card installed

I got a new 6s two Saturday's ago and straight out of the box I get a message that no SIM card installed but only pops up once an hour for less than a second. I took it to Apple after AT&T says they didn't know what to do. I have gone to Apple two times now got a new phone each time. I am on my 3rd phone and 3rd SIM card but the problem still persists. I have looked everywhere and have yet to find a solution. Please help.

Hi @Bsirrine!

Thanks for posting! Glad you reached out.

Wow, that is bizarre. It’s rare to hear about the same issue occurring on 3 different devices/SIM cards… I’m so sorry! Were your SIM cards replaced at AT&T, or at the Apple store? Has there been a third-party app that’s been installed on all three of the devices? If so, please un-install it for now, restart your iPhone, and see if the issue persists.
Send your results to us in a private message with your full name, AT&T mobile number, and device IMEI/SIM(ICCID).
We look forward to working together with you to find a solution!

This is now happening on both of my AT&T iPhone 6s phones. Is there a fix? Thanks!

 Hi there @mc8213

Thank you for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear this is also happening to your phones as well and will be happy to help!

We have a fantastic tutorial that will help resolve this. Please go to our Device How-To  site, select the make and model of your phone, and then click SIM Card.

You will then have access to the AT&T troubleshoot and resolve tool that will walk you through successfully resolving your issue.

If this does not resolve the issue, please private message  me and provide your name and a good contact number.

Thank you!
