iPhone 6
I have a deactivated at&t iphone6 that I want to send to a relative to Mexico. The question is, must this phone be jail broken in order to be used in Mexico if so can I have done by at&t or apple?

@NandoTaurino If you've paid it off it can be unlocked and used on compaitible networks.
https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/
This has nothing to do with jailbreaking...
ALSO, be sure to follow these steps before sending it https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201351

There template is asking for a valid secure email adress.
We tried with gmail, yahoo, aol, icloud email address and they are not accepted.
How to circumvent this ?
Best regards ,
Christian

My emails were accepted just fine. My Gmail spam filter is not let the email through.
I use my yahoo email and it worked fine. Verification email came through in less than 5 minutes.
I have unlocked 5 androind phones and one tablet without problems.
I have unlocked 2 iPhone, both gave me problems.
