No, the 4 is HSPDA+ capable but not LTE, you need a 5 for that.

I believe the iPhone 4 is really only 3G, the iPhone 4s is the HSPA+ phone, and the iPhone 5 is the first LTE iPhone.

correct - no lte bands listed on the specs for Iphone 4

No, the 4 is HSPDA+ capable but not LTE, you need a 5 for that.

I believe the iPhone 4 is really only 3G, the iPhone 4s is the HSPA+ phone, and the iPhone 5 is the first LTE iPhone.

correct - no lte bands listed on the specs for Iphone 4
