i am not sure ,AT&T will "get" this message or not ,the situation truely as :it is really hard to get though by calling 800 ,and it is even can be named impossible to find a chat live ,is it really live ?i bought a iphone 11 pro max from AT&T ,just because of your policy what pay off or 60 days later ,i can not use it on any other network when i am going on a trip ,and you really waste a lot of my time because of your own imange "policy ", and i am sure that you will never solve my problem .i will of course public the act to all people who are asking me for AT&T . DISAPPOINTED !

"Available Now!" ...right. just like the brand new max pro I ordered for in store pickup on Monday that said it was in stock when I ordered. Here we are 4 days later and my order still shows as in progress, and no one at att can tell me when to expect it to be ready for pickup. You have one more day, then I'm going to one of your competitors.

Still can’t get a answer if the iPhone pro max will be a true 5g phone or late advance . I have looked at apples site ,att wireless site I can’t seem to
get a straight answer . This was a very specific question I asked when I bought the phone I was assured it was
