iCloud error message
I just transferred my service to AT&T. The phone I was using was borrowed. When contacts were transferred to new phone her iCloud email was now associated with my phone so I reset the phone but now when I go to setup Apple ID and password I get an error message (Could not create account- unknown error has occurred) any suggestions on how to fix this?

The Apple ID is not an ATT function. If you have trouble a second time, contact Apple
