We understand that you aren't able to use your hotspot on your new device. We'd certainly love to get this feature back up and running. In order to do this, we recommend restarting your network settings. You can do this by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before. Make sure you save current passwords to these networks, as you'll need to enter them again. See if you are able to get your hotspot showing then.
If this doesn't work, we can take this further by using the Device Support page. You can use this page to find key features, or troubleshoot your device as well. Use this if resetting the network doesn't solve the problem. Let us know the results!
