Hello @Ak0ngIFonb!

I am sorry to hear about this issue with your iPhone. I can totally understand how frustrating it is to not be able to use your device. I am glad you reached out to us, so we can find the best resolution together!

The first thing you will want to do is soft reset your phone. To do this, please press and hold the power and home buttons at the same time until the device restarts.

If this does not work, you can try connecting the phone to your computer and commanding the iTunes program to update the software on the device. To complete this process, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the phone
  2. Connect the iPhone to your computer using a USB connector.
  3. Open iTunes
  4. Once your phone is detected, it will show on the list of devices in the program.
  5. Select your device and open the Summary tab
  6. Click the Restore button and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Another excellent resource you can use is the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, which provides additional options to fix this type of problem. Once there, please select your phone’s make and model > Device/Software issue > Screen.

I hope this information helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have an excellent week!

Just hold all the buttons together.

the phone will power off and then turn it on.
