hot spot

once I upgraded to the unlimited plan with att my hot spot link shut off on my phone and can not find a way to get it so I can turn it back on

Tethering is not available on unlimited data plans.

I ordered a hot spot and it on hold and don't have a tracking number but looking up on my phone number its on hold what do I do
