Actually yes it does. none of the other suggestions worked but hold the 1 key and I was able to set up my voicemail, but I did call 1 800 331 0500 and the automated system instructed me to utilize this procedure and it worked for me.

What did you actually do? You said you did...something...over and over again until it finally worked. What exactly was that?

The Error & The Fix
The error you are receiving indicates there was an issue with your Visual VM, and it needs to be set up or reset up. Sometimes calling your voicemail and listening to a message may resolve the error. If that does not work, we recommend you visit our Troubleshoot & Resolve app listed in our Visual Voicemail support link for specific instructions to resolve this on your device.
