buyers remorse

I purchased an IPhone 6 plus 8 days ago. I am not comfortable with the size. Can I return it and have my old IPhone reactivated with no problems?

Yes, you have 14 days buyers remorse period. You will only need to pay a $36 restocking fee.

Be sure to do it within the 14 day period. Example: if you bought it on  a Thursday, you might think you have until Thursday to return it. After all 2 weeks = 14 days, right; wrong. You only have until the Wednesday, which is day 14.

What on Earth does the second part (#2) of this paragraph specifically mean?!!!

#1. This line is not eligible for a buyer’s remorse exchange due to … #2. either the channel not supporting device exchanges or the customer upgraded or activated without a commitment. Robot surprised

We signed-up for AT&T Next .... (???)

Please advise!

Thank you! Smiley Wink

I too upgraded and signed a contract yet I have this message. What does it mean and how do I get it fixed?
