You still have the iPhone 6s plus?

If you have not past the 14 day return point, you can return the iPhone 7. (I believe that's Apple's return policy). 

The money you paid to upgrade? You mean you paid off the 6s Next payments? No, you can't get that back. That was a 'payment plan' that you paid off, you can't refinance it.
