Why are phone call history not showing in certain numbers on my account?
I have 9 lines , but 3 out of 9 i cannot see the phone numbers where message are being to or from or phone calls. On one account the history for three days are completely now showing up all
how is can I re set my account how it use to be. I am the primary owner

Is there a way to look up actual text messages on the myatt app?

We would be glad to answer your question about text message and MyATT app, @tay96_.
When you look at the text usage on MyATT app you will not be able to see the actual text message. You will see only the sent and receive time and date of the message but not the message content.
